Reseller Key Generator provides wallet balance top-ups and digital licence-related services. Because these services are digital and may be used immediately after wallet crediting or licence delivery, completed and correctly processed orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
When a refund or correction may be approved
We may approve a refund, reversal, or wallet-balance correction when a payment was duplicated, charged incorrectly, not credited after successful verification, credited to the wrong account because of a system error, or cancelled before any digital product or service was used.
How to request support
Contact support within 7 days of the transaction date and include your account username, payment reference, paid amount, payment date, and a short description of the issue. We may request additional proof before approving a refund or wallet correction.
Processing
Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, gateway, blockchain, or third-party processing fees may be deducted where they are not recoverable. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
